I'll have to give this extension an 'average' review as although the idea is great, the button doesn't seem to work with JCE. I hope the developers will fix the problem soon.

First off, the is a great plugin and I use it all the time. However here are a couple of things I would like to see implemented:

1) It doesn't appear to work with sh404SEF. All previous docs can be downloaded no problem, but when I try to upload a new one I can't get into see the file. Here is the screenshot of what it looks like: http://www.screencast.com/users/ttoone/folders/Jing/media/bbaac6a1-d6c5-4628-b6dc-92235cf639a3

2) It would be great if there was a way to add multiple documents at once rather than having to add each one individually.

Thanks,
Tyler

Nice plugin, but doesn't work with sh404SEF ( or... I could not make it working)

When I press the button the full download document page is displayed, without any button to select the document.
If I select a document I can download the document, but I cannot generate the link to add to the article.

Thanks for your comments. I have created a ticket on our tracker for this issue and we will investigate it.

Great tool and definitely necessary.

At first I couldn't see any files in the popup, I had to change DOCMAN_model.class.php.new and add a line

require_once($_DOCMAN->getPath('classes', 'token'));

just above 'class DOCMAN_Model'. Now it's working just fine.

One little flaw is, that the symbol is added in an additional line and makes my editor toolbar bigger than I want it to be. Still... a very useful, good-looking, and nicely working bot.

taiko

Great work. All similar plugins should have that kind of button in editor...really great stuff.

Hi

person above with OK button problem, please read this.

I was very frustrated for ages, couldn't get the mambot to work, until just now I found a forum where someone mentioned "be sure you have the livesite configured correctly" then I realised I was using just the domain name, not the full livesite url when logging into admin (causing OK button not to work), and that tends to cause lots of issues with editor plugins. So I fixed that, then found a few files / a directory of the mambot that were writeable by group in the error log, fixed that, and now the mambot is doing EEEXXAACCCTTLLLYYYY what I wanted.

so, thanks to the great work done, I will use this component all over the place now!!!!
