This is such a cool looking extension - I was so disappointed that it stopped working with Eventlist 1.1 :(

Excellent module! Great job! With the only issue of not showing the month and day in Cyrillic.

To go around this issue you can go to helper.php of the module and add [setlocale(LC_ALL, '');] under the copyright information as follows:

This tool works great, it shows Date and Summary of the event. Excellent tool on home page layout.

Would be nice if it worked with Russian language as well.

Thanks for a good module.

When I had joomla 1.5 I used this teaser and I liked it very much. But then I changed to Joomla 1.7. Now I (and shurely a lot of others) am waiting for upgrade. Because there's nothing like that!
Trying to contact failed. Perhaps this review is encouraging! Thanks

All works well, but i have one problem. Names of months and days are wrong displayed in polish language. For example I see 'A*?' or other signs instead of local letter like 'ń'.

I love the appearance of this mod, but I too have the issue with Upcoming events. Archived events and Current events (today's events) show up fine, but the next event does not although it does show up in other modules that use an Upcoming events option.

~~Bottom line: Very nice, attractive mod if you want to display today's events or archived events. If you want to show the next coming event, skip this mod.

I look forward to see a more accurate version. It looks like a very promosing tool. Evenlist is very usefull but basic in features and appearance. This module however appears without the image of the event and text to close to borders. It is not at all like the fantastic demo you show, but keep up the god work!

This module is all it purports to be and more. If you use eventlist on your site, this module should be your first addition to it. It is very customizable as well. Using css and some minor code adjustments I was able to make this fit perfectly into my heavily modified site. The appearance of the module is very professional looking for any site design. Kudos to the developer and thanks for your hard work!

Hi, great module! Easy readable, and finally a eventlist with event images :)

My only problem is that after the "Time: " it always write again the word "time" instead of the real time of the event. I have seen that others have the same problem, how did you solve that?

Thanks for help!

And continue the good job =D

Hello,

I have implemented your module on our website www.bobboonsingers.be. It was easily installed; I just had to tweak the css file, as the day number did not come through allright.
I was wondering whether there might be a possibility to foresee it with smaller agenda leaflets? Today, each event takes up a considerable amount of space, and so you cannot show many. Also, on the AINFOxxx issue described below in the reviews, there is not really a solution yet.
Thanks anyway for making this available to the community.

I can use the module very well, it's just exactly what i needed!

Only it doesn't show images from eventlist.
Do you guys have any idea, what can be wrong?
It uses the pictures of events, and lightbox effect works fine, and by clicking to the blank image holder box next to one event it opens perfectly... Why don't i see the thumbnails Eventlist teaser makes? Does it make them at all?

Thanks!

It would be nice to have the option to turn off/on the introtext and/or the image.

The module works perfectly except one thing. When I place some CK Form in the "content" section then the presentation of events in the "right" section is wrong. You know what happens? Thanks!

it strips all html tags in line 181 of the helper.php, you may deelte this line, or send us a link to your website

Guys this module is really fashion! There are some minor errors I was able to correct without problems. What about the credit message? Can I remove it from my site?
Anyway thank you for this great module.
