JComments for K2

K2 JComments 1.1
# Fixed bug with accessing item's params (with K2 2.3)
Tried registering on site to ask question in the forum, and can't even do that as the captcha doesn't work for me!
Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that you could not use plugin and I'll try to find why. I'll check this plugin with latest K2 version and I'll release plugin's update if I'll find incompatibility. Also I'll check forum's registration form.
If the user view in K2 is selected you get the message "Be the first to comment" on an article which never goes away regardless of the comments that have been posted on the item.
If you are using the categories view then the system works fine and displays the amount of comments an item has had.
I'm sure its a easy fix. I've posted this issue on the support forum but unfortuantely there has been not too much activity.
Thanks!
Thank you for you review! Since I don't use K2 on my sites I probably don't know about some features and configuration nuances. The JComments K2 plugin uses K2 API to implementing the comments feature in K2. So if it doesn't work in user views it may mean that K2 don't uses this plugin for user views. If this isn't so and some other plugins could work in user view - contact me via our support forum.
But when the global cache is on, the Jcomment plugins will replace with the original k2 with no logic and I have to clear all cache, I had to disable the whole cache system to use Jcomment in K2, Hope the problem will be solved since cache system helps to improve pageload
But this is not JComments - K2 plugin's issue because it called by the K2 and the K2 decides to show built-in or external comment system. In my mind K2 has some problems with plugins calls when Joomla's cache is enabled. As I know the K2 support has been reported about this issue.
