Plugin allows a user to drag and drop the applications on his profile.
Right now it works just for the user's profile. The plugin saves the order of the positions without any core hacks.
If the plugin is installed on the site a user will be able to add it in his Applications>Browse. Admin can make this a core default application in the BE. Then a user won't have to add it.
Once added a user will be able to drag and drop the application in different positions on his profile.
