I think this is an awesome extension with awesome potential, just needs a little more integration with some other community related components. Until then you can reward users manually with pretty pictures next to their avatars and making them show their pros and cons to your community by providing adequate feedback.
Very good component - was exactly what I was looking for. The developer is quick to respond to questions and is very helpful!
Very easy to install, I had a minor trouble with (custom) community template and achievements, but support was great! They quickly had fix and I will say I recommend the product because it's an easy way to add achievements (badges) to your Jomsocial Community. Good flexibility to add more achievements and senerios of points(karma) levels of achievement. Thx progmist...Oh and it work with Jomsocial 2.0:)
