Being a complete newbie to Joomla/JomSocial (although I am technical), I've been rapidly learning the platform. I knew what I wanted to get out of JomSocial, but the other templates I tried always needed a lot of work.

Then I found Tigra! It really does make things very very simple, and you end up with a great templated site, but one which you have so much control over.

As I said, I'm new to all this, and so following a chat with the vendor, they did the initial install on my JomSocial build to allow me to try it out. They made it so so simple, and I was incredibly impressed.

After 24 hours, I bought their template as it does pretty much all I need, and every question I've raised with them since has been answered rapidly, and exactly. Their support is truly excellent, and they're willing to tweak their templates to suit a users needs.

I have been trying to figure out how to get a great look on my jomsocial site and some customization that I sorely needed. I saw the demos and decided to get this product and couldnt be happier. The customization is perfect and when I cant figure out something, Marcus has been an amazing support person and just jumps right in and fixes whatever I need done. I give this product and support my highest recommendation.

I have bought many extensions from here and some of them are real crap and some of them are good with poor support .

I am not a programer and I am all about web 2.0 and giving things a face lift and I lack the skills.

When I bought this extension I was thinking ahh man i am going to be on a ride of a lifetime and just wasted money. So i asked my first question and it started from there the customers services that I got is superb I cannot ask for anything better and the product too is top quality . I am so happy how easy this man has made my life and answered all my dumb questions because of the lack of skills. I will definitively purchase more products from him because of quality of product and support. It went all too perfect

That's all I can say to you guys for this remarkable addon. It saves so much time and helps us developers to create so many different styles with just one template.

A brilliant template which fully overides jomsocial perfectly.

Tigra has lots of options so you can customise your site to EXACTLY how you want.

I first wasted my time and money buying all different templates from all different places for jomsocial then tigra was installed and i can honestly say its perfect.

Customer service is THE BEST i have came across with any company so far. Marcus went above and beyond to help me and teach me a few things to help me improve tigra even more (not that it was needed).

NOTE TO ALL DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE WITH THIS YOU CREATE WHAT YOU WANT!!!!!!

I would whole-heatedly recommend Tigra to all of you who want to do more with jom social component and never could because, like me you have no idea what all those codes are about.

And every time I wanted to do something different with jom social, even minor adjustment, I always got answer: find this code replace with that code and makes sure this tag is open or close... who knows what that means, when you see it.

But this Tigra is so user-friendly and easy to understand interface, that I have no words. Just Super!

Split into columns you want, slide width how much you need and publish parts you want with toggle button - I'm amazed.

So much you can do with it. I already setup 2 websites in under 30 minutes and I'm so proud :D

I ain't a kind of guy who gets an urge to write a review cuz someone did something great, after all it's their job to do it well.

But, for the first time since I've been using Joomla, and it's been solid 3 years, I've received support and customer care I never ever expected.

I'm a jomsocial user cuz that component is simply the best solution for community, but it always lacked that feature to be able to customize layout, adjust design etc. So when I saw Tigra, I was impressed. Once I installed it, I was even more impressed and believe you me :) it's definitely a must have if you want to play with layout and design.

But as I had some problems before I used Tigra, and wrote to Jomsocial many times and no answer what so ever, I said, lemme try my luck with these guys as they seems to know jomsocial fairly well.

Boy was I no wrong. It took them 5 min to respond. Checked my site immediately. Found glitches after 10 min and after I gave them access to my site, they fixed every single thing I did wrong... due to my own ignorance and due to some outdated components that were causing conflicts. Further they set up Tigra for me exactly as I wanted.

Although it's very user friendly you need to go carefully through all options - so I just said what I wanted and there it was, like magic my darn old community look turned into a fancy looking site.

I must admit my first reaction was, being the hustler that I am, boy I sure tricked them into fixing my site, but then I realized I should respect the effort and find in myself that gratitude I seldom show and say thanks to the entire team. Especially Hell and Marcus.

You guys simply rock!
