Man thanks this is perfect excactly what i was searching for :)
If you are using JoomFish! for your multi-language website and you have different representation of contents for each region or if you have a Right to Left (RTL) template and prefer not to complex it up with heavy loads of CSS, I really recommend this exciting extension.
However I'd like to add some comments on next release to its respective author:
1. It makes it more user friendly if you add Javascript managed check-boxes for each language which users can assign a template to multiple languages.
2. I recommend you to develop a template changing module working with you current plug-in.
Well done by the way!

Easy to install and use. Highly recommended!!
Istalled in Joomla 1.5.10 beautifully. Configured in 1 minute and the next it was working.
Only problem was that in one site had to write the template name in small letters. So JA_Purity had to become ja_purity before it worked. It took about 10 minutes to figure it out.
Other than that no problems!
