Absolutely does NOT support cyrillic, despite the fact, that there is a SPECIFIC setting you can choose in the module settings to use "...cyrillic base" support. It does, however, display the tags themselves inside the module correctly, but clicking on them generates a link with question marks instead of cyrillic letters and thus - leading to no-where...
Support does not exist, by the looks of it, since there are multiple threads in their support forum that are still unanswered... up to 3 YEARS later!....
The whole project, judging by the number of WAY outdated and unanswered questions (not only related to cyrillic support), seams o be abandoned... Seriously ridicules...

I needed something for a website that was about to be national sales campaign, linked to a national UK newspaper website. The client could not produce / maintain an interesting front page news panel. Combined with K2 Joomuulus pulled all the interesting ideas out of the site onto the home page. Web sales were great - I hope the joomala 1.7 version arrives soon.

I just have not seen support. The module is NOT compatible with the Spanish language, since it plays no accents or ñ.
I have seen several queries about the issue and do nothing to fix, not even answered me in days.

The regular Joomulus package is all manual.

Make sure you grab the "K2 Joomulus" package, it is totally automated. Install, assign a position and done. Works perfectly for me.

If you have K2 installed this rocks. The Flash animation is very slick and professional looking. Well done.

It look great and works great but.... too bad you have to fill in the tags yourself with maximum of 20 tags.
I think it doesn't belong in this category of K2 Specific extension.

Are you using the K2 Joomulus or the standard Joomulus? The K2 tag could was modeled off Photis tag cloud in K2. You shouldn't have to be entering tags if you're using K2.

There is nothing better, in the open-source world, than thinking to yourself "i wonder if there's something like..." and finding out it was just released yesterday. and it works. beautifully.

Yeah it is a little tricky to find the correct download. Our downloads directory isn't that user friendly. But glad you found it, and find it useful.
