* Cat Permission for Mosets Tree is compatible with Mosets Tree 2.1.x and Joomla 1.5.x | Mosets Tree 2.2.x and Joomla 1.6.x/1.7.x/2.5.x
Features of Cat Permission for Mosets Tree:
1. Backend user can assign rights to Moderator (Any user type).
2. Only moderator can access to wating approved listings list in front end (New listings/Updated listings wating for approved).
3. Moderator can View/Compare/Edit/Approve/Reject wating approved listings in front end.
4. Moderator can Edit any published listing in his categories in front end.
5. 1 moderator / one or more categories.
6. 1 category / one or more moderator.
7. Custom permission for each moderator.(Approve/Reject wating approved listings in front end, Edit published listings in front end, Add/Edit listing in front end without waiting for approved).
8. Set max moderators/1 category.
9. Global config for default permission.
10. Quick view new listing and quick compare updated listing vs original listing (mark changed fields).

I needed to add the feature so every registered user could be able to edit any listing in Moset Tree.
I've bought this plugin, installed and it works perfectly.
On the other hand It would be great if the developer add user group permissions instead of the default "one-by-one" user permission.

Component allows you to nominate any user as a 'moderator' of one or many listing categories. You can simply control what each moderator can do (approve changes, new listings, edit listing (many options)). Moderators get a before and after change comparison view before approving changes.
Add to that the response time if you have a problem is top notch (I needed the upgrade for 2.5 quickly, it was there when I woke :)
Recommended.
