This plugin, designed for Sobi2, allows you to search into entries with 2 new advanced search methods:
* From -> to : allow the user to search all entries with custom field value between 2 values (like all houses from 2 to 4 rooms)
* Min/max: allow the user to search all entries with custom field value at least a value (like all houses with at least 2 rooms or maximum 500,000$)
Work with inputbox, list box, check list group, and calendar. You can add a unlimited number of choices in the search entry form. And you can customise the values (500000 -> 500,000.00).
You can use hand entered values by the user, or list of values (write in backend by admin or calculated by the system), and a tolerance in % can be used.

This is a very useful plugin. Further, the support has been great. When I asked the developer to implement individual default values for the MIN- and MAX-values, he added this feature within three days.
I definitely recommend thios plugin! Why I am not giving five stars? Unfortunately, there is left a small problem when this plugin is used with the radius distance search of sigsiu. In order to solve this problem, the radius distance search plugin has to be run in a less comfortable mode ... However, in my case, this hast been a big problem.

2 enthusiastic thumbs up. Great plugin for SOBI2, and the support is great.
Although the extension does not have pricing in a standard format available in the drop down selections ie. 20,000$ instead of $20,000 (which is mentioned in the extension description) - as the code is openly available it is easy to modify the selections to provide currency values in a standard format.
If this was available out the box I would give it 5 stars

This inconspicuous, little SOBI2-Plugin is a real killer to enhance the catalogue research. I use the plugin for a business hotel database and it´s really essential for a satisfying research. The key features is a from -> to and a min/max search otion (for instance min. 200 rooms, postcode 61 to 62 etc.).
The plugin can be configured very easily through the sobi2 plugins administration interface and works for as many custom fields as needed for an interval search option.
This plugin is a must for any ambitious Sobi2 project. It can be bought on accommodating good terms and the support of Cedric is exemplary.
