It's very helpful for the visitor to just with one click set an entries to favorites. You select from backend the display mode: text link, button or image and you select if you want shown theses items on vCard and/or detailled view.Of xourse the texts and images can be defined in backend.
Each entry is added into a favorites container (list box, popup lightbox or module) without page regen. The plugin restore the favored entries of the user in the next time the user open the site (for non loged users, the plugin use the cookies).
Since version 1.6, the custom fields and the entry image/icon are supported.
A module and a CB plugin are provided (Joomla 1.5 only) to display the favorites in all pages of the site (not only in Sobi pages).

Plugin is good, easy to install, to use and it does what it says. But support is just great. Making free special features and answering on a Sunday evening says everything.
I needed a favourite pugin for Sobi that worked even with CB. This one works perfect, is easy to install and configure andthe cb-plugin does its job, too. Nice contact to the delevoper, who gives an excellent support.

This Plugin is a nice plugin to enhance the Sobi2 experience. Easy to install, easy to implement and very useful for users and their catalogue research. The Favorites plugin is good value for little money. And the support of Cédric, the developer, is excellent.
I was looking for something like this a while back. This is really sweet. Now people can browse the wedding directory of businesses and simply make their favorites list instead of jotting it all on paper. Thanks.
Easy to install. I'm a total newbie at this, and Cedric (the developer) was able to walk me through it so that I did not need to bother my web designer this weekend. This feature allows us to add a wedding registry. I am very pleased!
