This plugin for SobiPro installs via the SobiPro application manager ans has to be enabled from the SobiPro section Application tab. You must have created a Facebook application at http://developers.facebook.com and fill in the plugin parameter the Facebook AppID and the number of comments per page you want to be displayed.

You'll be able to display wherever you like the Facebook comments box (and like button) on your SobiPro entry detail page.
