- This extension requires registration to download.
New version 3.0 now supports:
* Form responses are brought into the VirtueMart order and visible to both the shopper and the admin
* Guest checkout - no more need to be logged in to capture the form values!
* One page checkouts (triggers off of entering the cart/checkout, so method of checkout doesn't matter)
* Capture any or all Breezing Forms values you need to collect for a particular product
* Either trigger the form as each product is added to the cart or just at checkout
* Capture the same values for all associated VirtueMart products or different ones
* Supports up to 10 Breezing Forms and unlimited associated products.

This extension does what it says. It is not that simple to setup and integrate, but the support from Polished Geeks is excellent. They went out of their way to make the extension work on my site, custom modifying the extension when needed and helping me to set it up. Thank you very much!
