I made this extension for virtuemart for all people that want have a virtuemart featured products module always visibile but in a particular moment haven't product to display. Simply install as module and put a text(html tags are allowed if necessary) in the slogan area in the admin of module. If no product are featured, a personal slogan is displayed in module area.
