Now Totally Ajaxified! (all versions) Free shipping info is a Joomla! 1.5 native, 1.7 and 2.5 module that works with the Virtuemart component 1.1.x and 2.x and displays in real time info to the users telling them how much they should add to their cart to have the free shipping and so encourage them to buy more and more :)

- Works with joomla 2.5.x
- Works with Virtuemart 2.0.x
- Totally ajaxified like the Virtuemart Cart (The component added does that)
- Changes currency depending on the user setting and recalculate the free shipping amount in the new currency
- Changes the position of the currency symbol (Left or right) depending on the front end user currency choice
- Changes . or , for the decimals depending on the front end user currency choice
The module is fully configurable :
* The amount of free shipping.
* Rest to reach the free shipping text.
* Pretext could be added
* Currency could be set
* Color of texts could be set to feat your design....
* You can ajust the module class suffix for a best integration with your template

This excellent extension works perfectly . The new ajaxified version which immediately updates the free shipping info when user add/remove a product makes this extension a "must have" for any serious webshop owner!
Easy to install and configure - you can have this module online and working in 15 min.
Gently reminding the user about the free shipping limit will for sure increase your average sales amount per order.

Still works great with vm118/119, easy enough to modify and customize. Works great and definitely helps to increase sales, we've seen a nice boost since we've installed this module! Exactly what we were looking for! Thank you! :)
It only costs about $10.00 and really works well.
I contacted them when I need the $dollar sign to be in a different spot and they created another version.
The XML file allows for tailoring, so you can really get this to do what you want it to.
It's smart enough to know when items are removed from the cart and reports the status appropriately.

Finally I found it for virtuemart and works like a charm.
Just 2 minutes to install it and configure it!

This will work ok for EURO countries but for our UK site the £ symbol appears after the ammount, plus there is only one decimal place. The module should be developed to have more user options too as I don't want the compulsary text advertising free postage to appear as I have a graphic for this.

When some users had special needs they contacted us via the support centre and we did our best to help.
All users that need to have the symbol before the amount and more decimals should contact us after purchasing and we will send FOR FREE and immediately a special version for them.
I don't understand well your 2nd question! There is NO advertising text in the module as you can see in our demo.
