The download address and the support address have changed to my new website.
A new version for Joomla 1.7, XMAP 2.0 and K2 is now also available from the same download URL.

Version 0.96 (2011/11/14): Bugfix: The option "Follow Subcategories" did not work as expected. After the installation of the plugin update please check whether the sitemap contains the expected items. If not modify this setting.

Works wonders :) I was stuck with not having my site mapped because I use K2 solely for my site's content. Now all my content is mapped properly.

I recently switched a site to K2 that was using SEF Service Map 2 and I hadn't thought about the effect on the sitemap. Of course all the articles were no longer showing! I found this after a furious search for an integrator. Download, install (using the SEF Service Map 2 panel--not the Joomla install facility) and within literally 3 minutes, my sitemap was restored. This is HUGE. Thanks guys!
Hats off to the writer of this extension, worked perfectly and saved my time. This is what I was looking for this is the only one extension available to create site map of items of K2 dynamically.
