This plugin allow to integrate the ZOO (2.0 +) into the sitemap generator Xmap. Xmap - Zoo Plugin is compatible with Xmap 1.2.x (Joomla 1.5) and Xmap 2.0 (Joomla 1.6/1.7/2.5).

Thought I would add a note that although the plugin is labeled as 2.5 compatible, I have tested this on J3.0 and it works fine with no modifications.

It's a good work.But in my opinion will be more efficient if we can set the deepest level the catagories shown on xmap. People like me using levels of catagories to build content, and may want only 1 or 2 levels shown on sitemap.

I needed this plugin to create a sitemap for a large Joomla web site using the ZOO component.
I installed this plugin in minutes, checked the settings (they were very easy to understand) - and then I was in business.
I had no problems with SEF urls - maybe this is because I use sh404sef to create the SEF urls.
Excellent and recommended little plugin.

The concept is fantastic, and I had downloaded and installed the com and plgs with ease. The generation of the xml was fantastic too, but unfortunately it does NOT recognize the SEF settings of Joomla, thus creating the url "...component/zoo/category/...." instead of the url overwrite that the SEF does. This in turn still allows to go to the page (checked the link) but without any modules assigned to the page, including the main menu. I cannot have that. There is a forum on their site, and three other inquiries on the same fact, with no results...

I have disabled this feature, and will continue to use my external source for now...

To find this extension was such a relief! I really appreciate the ability to choose so many options for the display of the sitemap in Xmap.

You might have to try a few things first, but you'll figure it out pretty quickly so your html sitemap will show what you want, and not what you don't.

It was also very helpful for the xml sitemap, and you can submit it to Google with a slight modification to the URL.
