Ease of use

bad and poor and worst support .
because the product is free they dont respond and dont reply to topics .
they dont help and dont respect .

Not working at all, I just see "". It could be that it wasn't tested for joomla 3.4?

Ease of use

This component couldn't be easier to install or use. It worked immediately, no tweaks or twerks needed. I am very pleased, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

not able to disable captcha. I'm using it on a website providing resources for those with intellectual or developmental disabilities. there is an option to chose KCaptcha but not to disable.

Great tool and used by many of our users. Works fine with many other extensions. We discovered an issue after upgrade to J3.3.3 in combination with RSEvents. This was reported on the forum of JoomlaTune and in no time the bug was found and fix proposed.

Excellent Comment System

I've been trying and testing almost all of paid and free comment system in Joomla include: Kommento, JaComment, JooComment, K2 Default Comment System and I find the jcomment is the most efficient and optimized comment system for Joomla. some of the comment systems for Joomla have more features than JComments but none of them can handle heavy traffic with so many comments.

The developer of JComment has perfect support.

It's also the perfect Comment System for K2.

I really recommend Jcomment specially for heavy traffic websites.

We decided to install jcomments after a long search, and we are impressed to say the least. Almost every third party component we use (and we use a lot) has a plugin for jcomments, it works beautifully across our website and it was easy to setup, we did not contact support because we didn't need to, everything works out of the box and the one or two questions we had were already answered in the developer forum. Highly recommend it.

This is a great comments component for any Joomla! website, it does exactly what I need it to do. This isn't so much criticism, more a suggestion for the developers. It would be helpful if we could see the IP address whether we publish comments or not. Unfortunately spammers who are human can still get through and post their rubbish. Okay, they never get published if you switch that facility on, however some of them are very persistent and it would be helpful if you could simply get their IP address from the administrator side of Joomla!, rather than having to publish the comment first. However, apart from that, this is a really fabulous component and I'm glad I found it.

Awesome extension

This extension is fully functional and I've used it for many sites with excellent performance.

Recently tons of spam got through, meaning jcomments kcaptcha was broken by spammers. And even if you install a 3rd party plugin, you can't turn kcaptcha off! It still appears even if you set the permissions right in the config.

If you go on their support forum you will see tons of posts about this, and absolutely no answer. It seems the developer is gone.
