Highly customizable with plenty of plugins and extensions to suit any requirement.
Ease of use
Built on Joomla articles, it provides a great starting point. It is easy to use, even in finer details, if you are willing to read the docs.
Support
Exceptional support. Responses are quick, accurate, and go above and beyond when you need something unique.
Documentation
Thorough and useful. The screenshots are super helpfull and up to date.
I used this to: Build client sites, combined with SPPB builder, to offer an easy and seamless frontend editing experience.

Awesome. We've had a few issues that we needed help with. J2Store support responded quickly and provided the solutions and guidance.
Documentation
Good. However, when we need more in-depth assistance, we turn to J2Store Support, which is exceptional.
I used this to: Selling downloadable products. Everything in our catalog can be purchased and immediately downloadable, making the J2Store functionality essential to the success of this product line.

Functionality
This component turns Joomla articles into products for sale, and it does it very good. It is well done and it functions very good.

It is easy to use it and everything is explained well in the documentation of the extension.

Functionality
J2store is the best of the lot. I had used VirtueMart and Mijoshop. Neither of them has a patch on J2Store for doing the main stuff easily.

I am trying to evaluate this but all links just go to the home page. No tutorial videos no plugin links.
Ease of use
I am afraid to set it us as I do not know if it is still supported

Their website is not working correctly. I am guessing this reflects their support,
Documentation
One of the few things I am able to access. Seems to be complete and accurate.
I used this to: I wanted to use this for a client but now I am afraid to because of their non-functioning website. I am hoping they see this and fix it.

Functionality
J2Store uses Joomla articles as products. There are plenty of options like sale pricing, digital products, inventory, sales reports.
Ease of use
Once you learn their system, it's fast and easy to set up new products, set up pages filtered by categories, and list using Joomla features.
Support
Recently asked support for help re-connecting Dropbox for digital products. Response within hours and just what was needed.
Documentation
I used this to: Non-profit organization bookstore. Have been using since 2018. We appreciate the extra features like accurate shipping calculations, customizable emails, reports, and feature plug-ins.

Functionality
It perfectly complies with the typical functionalities of a medium-sized online store. I use paid version and several additional plugins.
Ease of use
The general configuration is very simple and intuitive. The use of articles for products is a great success.
Support
Technical support works 100% and with great efficiency. Clear, quick and resolute communication.
Documentation
Very complete and well organized. If I can't find what I'm looking for, support always helps.
I used this to: I have already worked on several websites with J2Store and overall I have to say that it is still my favorite ecommerce for Joomla.

Functionality
I’m more of an explorer and have found J2Store to be easy overall. I have setup a store selling over 2,000 products with no big issues.
Ease of use
All the basics of setting up an online store is in the software. The csv import app makes it even easier once you establish your store.
Support
The few times I ask for support they have replied quickly with excellent help. It was usually my need to alter css files for the look I want
Documentation
I have found some answers in the documentation. Anything else was an easy email to support.
I used this to: I had a successful store in Joomla 3 and am now starting another using Joomla 4.

Very good and flexible cart component. It has everythingi needed to create a simple online store.
Ease of use
Compared to other store components, it is much easier to use. Administration panel is easy to understand.
Support
The support is absolutely fantastic. They answered all my questions almost instantly.
Documentation
Documentation s very detailed. Many videos are available. I followed both text and images and videos. Very good and professional.
I used this to: I use it as the online store software of my sporting goods store.
