Requirements for Wordpress Rss Aggregator:
You need latest Joomla 1.5.x and PHP 5.2 or higher. Cron functionality is required for automatic work of component.

I think that this extension need more reviews and rates. I use free version of this extension from over six month and results was impressive and i have upgrade to paid. This tool is real unique content generator that instead of texts generation and uniqueness of rss feeds post content over email to many sites with links to your site. So, i am proud and can say that one from best seo tools in the world is this Joomla Extension. This aggregator have some requirements for host and php, so i recommend to all users to test free version before upgrade.
