I hate to write my first negative review and bash a potential wonderfull extension...
What is so poor about this extension? Well, it just doesn't do anything... At least at my server and a dozen of people at the support forum. No error, no empty module, whatever (and yes I published it and so on).
There is as good as no support at the 'support forum'. Just press the support button and look for example at "RokTwittie not showing tweets". People requesting for support and no answer since 2 months! And that for a commercial extension!
Don't buy this extension. You could try it if you have a membership, but be warned. If you do, please post your review here.
I hope this'll open the eyes of the RocketTheme developers.

This module looks fantastic and has great customization in the backend. However, as we all know, no matter how great something looks, its worthless if it doesn't work.
Pros:
1. great customization
2. looks great
Cons:
1. many times, it just hangs and tries to load
2. you will have to constantly update this mod, much more so than other extensions.
Bottom line, its never a good ideas to try to import content from other sites since you are at the mercy of a third party and it can mess up your layout.

Easy to setup and works very well. One of the best solutions to integrate Twitter into your website.
