This component works, so I couldn't give it Poor.
The admin section of this component only works with Legacy mode enabled, even though it says it's 1.5 Native. The front-end part of the component does work without Legacy, however. As there's nothing in the admin section except a link to their website, I guess it's not too bad. Still, I would prefer there to be some options back there so I wouldn't have to manually modify parameters through the PHP and CSS files.
One of the worst things is that the developer(s) encrypted their "Powered by..." message at the bottom of the front-end page. Not very classy for a component I paid for...
Also, the component is pretty ugly... it looks exactly like the demo on their site, regardless of your theme CSS, it forces it's own blandness on the component. So be prepared to spend some time undoing that.
It would also be great if there was a module that listed just the text and a selectable number of songs. This way, the user could choose to just show the top 3 or 5, or all 10. Maybe even an option for a smaller thumbnail or a simple icon next to the title that can be clicked to engage the lightbox.
If these issues were fixed/implemented, this would be a great component worth paying for.
Unfortunately, due to code errors, poor aesthetics, developer links on the front end, and non-configurability, I would not recommend paying for this.
