This component is very easy to install & works great for me. In my opinion, this is the best web searching component for Joomla so far.
By the way, it will be more "user friendly" if the developer include a module so it can be placed within content easier. It also great (especially for AdSense publisher like me) if both of the search-term and the search-results can be seen in the result-page's source code, so the AdSense crawler can index it and show more relevant ads as a result. Thanks!

It is a shame this could be a really good script, but at this time it is not. The Google search feature does not work and while the Yahoo and Alta Vista do work they are based on Yahoo's old api and Alta Vista's results are just search results. If th script was based on Yahoo's new Boss and Bing's API with unlimited search then it would be a great script.

It's not true
I'm new to Joomla with a simple background in basic html. I added this and it it up and running in just a few minutes. I didn't have to edit any files, read about work arounds for other apps, etc. It just works as it should and very easy to setup. Great job man!
