Update:
- version 2. same as version 1 but the results are Ajax loaded.
Note: you may want to remove line 78 where jQuery from mod_overweight_calculator.php is loaded if you already have other extensions that load jQuery to prevent conflicts.

Thanks a lot!
Works great for me, got 2 suggestions, make the module ajax to avoid a page reload and have a back-end option to choose to have metric, imperial or both.
