This component is separate from the actual EZ Realty component, so that future upgrades to the software would not require you to create a new version of the CSV Import data script.
Also the component has a sample CSV file, so you can download and can fill up data based on that.
Most important thing is this can work for any version of EZ Realty, you just need to check/verify field names in the sample CSV file and you can use it for your any version of EZ Realty.
P.S. This mod can be used for any version of EZ Realty just you need to adjust fields into the sample csv file.

I just bought this "component". The component is only one page and one single button of submit the csv file. There is no parameter or other tool that may help. I can page an exact similar page in ez realty component itself.
Support? there is support, no documentation, even a single post regarding this component has got no reply from the owner for THREE WEEKS. awesome!!! awesome?.
The component is cheap, 6 dollar. If you want to spend your 6 dollars for nothing, buy this component.
