* translate language files with Google translate to more then 50 languages
(currently disfunctional as Google stopped the free translation service api version 1)

* considers the use of core-language-keys in extension files
This tool is very useful and does "just what it says on the tin". I have only briefly tried the different functions available but so far it seems to be very reliable and have no issues with the way it's coded. The only thing that could be improved in the future is the interface isn't particularly "slick" or user-friendly, but it's perfectly functional for the kind of person who is likely to use this component, i.e. developers and power users.
