This component parse .php and .xml files and compile en-GB.com_component.ini file both for front-end and back-end. It also parses all your existing language translations and add new indexes there for easy future editing.
Note!!! It is not related to multi-language and do not provide this functionality on front-end.

This component is a huge timesaver. My only wish is that it would weed out the duplicates from the core translation file, for example: Yes, No, View, etc...
