This component allows you to integrate your Kayako support ticket system into you Joomla site, and provides your users the ability to submit support tickets. Site administrators can manage these support tickets through the administration backend. You must provide your API information in order to sync Joomla with your Kayako software. This component works with Joomla 2.5+/3.0+ and Kayako v4.51.1891+. If you are using an older version of Kayako Support Suite, you must update your software in order for this component to work.
