Thanks, really a useful and user-friendly extension ! Good work all in all :)
Having said that, maybe some little things could be improved in the next release:
The styling of the links and buttons is not quite up to standard (no hover, buttons partly in PHP rather than in CSS, button images with text in them where CSS and ini text labels should be used. Its comparably minor, no headache, but maybe you address it next time?!

In a first time, the component does not match what I was looking for: I looked for an extension able to open the site when the countdown was to 00:00, even if the visitor was behind his screen waiting the end of the countdown. But unfortenatly, this feature wasn't provided, so I was really disappointed.
But I was surprised to see the developer coming to me after few days only: he worked in silence for developing this feature as soon as possible, just because I asked him this feature. He was kind and really professional, asking me to test this new feature on my site.
I can say today that the JComingSoon extension do the job, and the support is really amazing and serious. They won't let you unsatisfied.
So you can buy with these guys without any problem.

Here's the on-line placeholder you've been waiting for, one that fills in all those gaps your base Joomla installation leaves. It's attractive, masks those telltale giveaways that reveal your CMS identity, easily configurable and easily customizable via CSS and image file manipulation. The plug-in's clever trigger options fire actions without additional admin intervention. It not only tells visitors when they can expect your site back on-line, it lets them request an alert and turns things back on at the proper time. Your site remains functional even when it's not functioning. That's a LOT of benefits for a comparatively token fee.
Let me add a congratulatory note to the developer. Rarely does one encounter so customer-service oriented an individual. So responsive was he to suggestions, that I almost feel I had a hand in this products development.

I have been searching for a component like this and finally found it. Does just what it says. Support is great. I needed an adjustment and received a reply much quicker than i expected. This should be a regular part of the Joomla installation but until then, i look forward to future updates.
