SCM Music Player Plugin

This plugin is based on SCM Music Player which is an open source and web-based music player application by Adrian C Shum.

It is built on top of the popular JavaScript sound API: SoundManager.

With this Joomla plugin, you can set the music/mp3 player to locate on the top or bottom of web pages, has support for playlists where listeners can easily choose from and plays MP3, MP4, RSS podcasts or Youtube playlists.

Multiple skins exist to choose from and few options like default volume, autostart or shuffle playback helps helps customizing it more.

This plugin no works fine, IE no work, ads no good in playlist and no work in resposive website, ipad, iphones, smartphones werever, no recommed

Looks really pretty but I can't get it to work. Doesn't seem to read the mp3 track when given the URL and the developer states it supports playlists but gives no informatioon how to add one. In fact there is no documentation available at all. i have seen the component used on non joomla sites and you just add the playlist in parameters on the back end but there is no option to do so on this Joomla version

Downloaded this for a music client I work for. I love that it runs seamlessly across the whole site!

Pros: Easy and fast setup
Looks good across all pages at the top or bottom.

Cons: Only a few color themes
YouTube videos no longer work on it.
