I too did not find any directions for this under Joomla. I could not use this module.
The only thing I could do is choose a module location and click on a link to "How to edit flash video player with code?."

Wonderful module, works as it says. The only thing that I miss is the option to make related videos, so when a video is finished the user has a list of related videos (just like Youtube)... but until now, the best free player I've tested.
