How does it works?
Simply, you only have to install it and create categories in which you're gonna publish .flv videos. You can create categories and subcategories, add images to each category and description, also to the videos. When you're ready, you can publish a new menu item connected to VJDEO and look how does it works.

I would suggest have a look at the functionality from the user's point of view.
Based on your Component ordinary user wont be able to use this because it needs a developer to develop an upload form, then every upload needs to send email to the admin (Go and check there is a new video). Now if you have got 200 videos in that folder every time the new one comes admin needs to click so many times to get to the video.
I think this Component can work as a based for the further development but it is not very usable by its own, unless you have got a small website with no users.
