The unmatched support.
I was looking for days for a slideshow that featured youtube videos. This one was the closest thing that did that. Still, not exactly what i was looking for. I contacted the support, with the little hope they could do something about it.
Surprisingly, within 15 minutes they told me that they would add that feature witin 24 hours. And they kept their promise! Further more, once they did that, i asked for even more slight modifications, and they keep answering my requests!
Worth every cent... Highly recommended.

I needed some modifications of this module and I got a response same day and modifications was done in short time. The module is easy and flexible to use. I will use this as a fullscreen presentation. The system will act both as a webpage and a infoscreen system thanks to iSlider.
I was drawn to the product by all of the positive reviews regarding ease of use and good customer service - THEY WERE Right! I am building a text-heavy site and was looking for ways to display ALL that text in a less cumbersome, long page way - With this product I can include articles in a smart (and extremely versatile) component with the greatest of ease - it's perfect for my needs. Installation and set up was extremely easy and without problems - the component is pretty intuitive and usable for those of us who are less tecchy.
I posted a question on the forum and received a reply WITHIN MINUTES! Not only that, but the guys at Artetics Understood my problem, and (literally) within a few more minutes they had solved my issues by providing me with a MODIFIED, bespoke version of their component!
What else can I say? PERFECT!

This extension looks like a million bucks, and it's so easy to setup. We are really pleased.

My knowledge of Joomla and its extension management is in the intermediate range. The Artetics extension is easy to install and to configure. In this instance, I misconstrued some of the functions I observed in the extension demo. Artetics support people answered questions rapidly and the code was rejigged more than once in order to make it function to my satisfaction. I have rarely seen this level of support - anywhere.
I was looking for a fancy article/image slider that would look good and different on my frontpage. iSlider is exactly what I was looking for. When I had a small issue with the module I received the best, immediate support in the joomla area I have every gotten. So keep it up like this!!! Thanks again.
