I bought and I used on Joomla 3.x.
The Image properties is not good. Because you must put image on the text area and you can not put Full Text Image Area. This is small but important problem because integrated with other modules consists of a lot of trouble

This buyer has bought the extension and then wanted me to add some extra features that module does not have natively regarding intro image, full text image and also some other customizations like k2 support for free. After refusal he submitted that negative review. In fact The module does not have any problems with thumbnails. User requires some extra features and individual customizations.
