Text Scroller Module

Text Scroller is a module for Joomla! that displays and continuously scrolls through a selected article. It features parameter options for size, autoplay, scrolling speed, pausing on mouse-over, scrollbar visibility and more.

Text Scroller key features:

• Can display only intro, full text or both
• Auto play with customizable pause time
• Options for setting the scrolling speed
• Optional pause on mouse-over
• Styling possibilities, uses CSS to customize the appearance
• Possibility to display module within article content using loadposition plugin
• Possibility to display multiple instances on the same page
• Uses Mootools only, framework already loaded in Joomla, no jQuery or any other additional frameworks required
• Compatible with Joomla! 2.5, 1.7 and 1.5 (if on Joomla 1.5, activate the Mootools upgrade plugin)
• One-click upgrades supported (for Joomla 1.7)
• Works with all major browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari and Chrome

This module was easy to install and configure. All I had to do was select the article number I wanted to scroll, configure the speed to scroll and enable the module. This was exactly what I was looking for, thank you for developing it!
