This module works well with shape5 free template 1.5.5
At first I thought I had to give over my credit details to acess this extension, but when I went back and read the site instruction carefully, and clicked on the right radio button, I was signed up in a flash without departing with credit card details.
I had this module downloaded and working in less than five mins
