Section Navigator Classic Component

The component is the enhanced version of section navigator module with lots of extra options and configuration parameters. This simple component is designed for the users who want to display their articles in Ezinearticles Style format. Means, the articles sections defined will be shown on the page. Then, when you click on any section, it displays categories. When you click on any category, you see the list of articles within that category. The project works on joomla 1.5.2, where I tested it. Now you should be able to use the component with any SEF. The best way to use the Section Navigator is as below: 1. Create a new menu item. 2. While choosing the type of menu, look for "Section Navigator" in the list of types. 3. Then while configuring you have a lot of options. Some of the options are: a. No. of columns to display the sections. b. Whether to display the no. of categories and articles in sections and categories. c. Whether you want to display sections and categories in list or blog format. d. What you want to print before displaying the list of sections. Like introduction etc. or whatever. e. What you want to print after displaying the list of sections. f. The display order of sections, categories and articles. That's it. Thanks for downloading and using this component.

I just installed Section Navigator, and am very happy with the component. Clear documentation, simple, and does exactly what it says. I also appreciated receiving the PDF for the Pro version, as I can see this may be very useful for other projects, and the Pro version is much more powerful. But the free version is awesome, as well, just not as many options. Also appreciate the option to turn off Powered by.. even in the free version.
