Usage:
install the component. make a (frontend)menu-item for this component.
(make it registered users only).
Login in on frontend and use the component to change the order of the content.
Now you no longer need the backend manager. Publishers can change the order trough the frontend.
new languages are welcome.
7 nov 2008 Added a usergroup as menu parameter. Now the registered user must be editor or publisher or super admin
20-Jul-2009 : New version 1.6 Now it is possible to allow more groups of special users to alter the order of articles. See attached image.

Does exactly what I need !
Allows Special users to reorder frontpage articles from the frontend.
Its a pity that there are not more modules like this. Its really useful in a Club website. I set it up as super Admin and jsut give the Club Commitee members Special access.. so they can do stuff on the frontend without getting near the backend.
Woudl love to see this module developed further.. maybe to list non-frontpage articles and allow user to add and remove articles from frontpage .. like the frontend manager that exists int eh backend.
