Version 1.2 :
- Corrected a little bug wich made the plugin not working correctly sometimes.
Version 1.1 :
- There is spanish and italian translation (not fully) of the plugin, thanks to Celena & Piko,
- You can choose the articles order : newest, oldest, random,
- You can add a tooltip on each link. In this tooltip there is the text intro of the article,
- You can choose how many letters of intro text you want to display in the tooltip.
Parameters in details :
- choose number of links to display at the end of your articles,
- choose sections in wich the plugin will search tags, by default it searches in all sections,
- choose categories in wich the plugin will search tags, by default it searches in all categories,
- choose sections in wich the plugin will appear, by default in all,
- choose categories in wich the plugin will appear, by default in all,
- enter black listed words (plugin will not match those black listed words).
Other stuffs :
The plugin has its proper stylesheet, so you can edit easily the appearance of the plugin.
There plugin has its propers language files, english and french. Feel free to translate in other language and to give it to me, it would be nice.

for me I have one issue which is that when an article contains tag for image plugin like {gallery}path{/gallery} the images doesn't appear and instead the tag appears as it is, really want help in that issue as I have alot of article starts with this tag

This is a very good plugin, works perfect for me.
I have had problems with the item id’s generated by the related articles plugin.
But installing the patch developed by ajushi in
http://pastebin.com/f1244b43e it works perfect.

Problem is that Google (and other search engines I'd assume) when using this plugin with SEO urls will get duplicate content as the links generated are simply the article id not the SEO URL. So Google complains I have duplicate content because the article is at /cat/123-my-article.html and this plugin generates the link /cat/123.html which resolves fine but appears to be a duplicate with Google.
It is a really useful component.

This is a very good plugin and does what (according to my knowledge) no other plugin does. It lists related articles at the end of the articles. Simple, clean and easy to style.
What I noticed though is that the random function is not random at ALL. It always displays the same articles. I've been using the plugin for months now and it's still showing same old articles.
A bit shame for such a overall good plugin.

I made a new version (1.3) of the plugin that fixes this bug.

I have found this plugin to be very useful. One thing that I have noticed it does is list and article regardless of whether or not is actually published. It will even list and article that is archived.
Other than the issue mentioned above, I feel this plugin is very helpful. It was easy to install, configure, and implement.

The plugin don't show archived or unpublished articles. Also it shows only public article.

Great idea, does just what it says, one problem for me personally is i don't like how it's a list at the bottom that sucks up more space than nessessary, but I'm picky in that sense, and would like it if there was some kind of module that came with it to display it, so that you could put it were you wanted to, and it would be nice if there was more than one colum, but besides this, great job and thanks for sharing! Cheers Josh Lewis.
