Advanced archive module Module

Advanced archive module that I have develop some time ago for Joomla 1.5.x. It shows the archive content organized by months or articles, or by sections and categories, with custom native SEF support. Some of the feature that can be found in this module are:

* Archive content list with custom Slide or Push JavaScript function
* List can be showed as archived months or archived articles
* Limit to only one or multiply categories and/or sections
* Limit the amounts of rows in the archive list content
* Native SEF support for archived articles (currently only for Serbian characters)
* Choose to show or not articles with special permissions
* Complete module translation is very easy to your native language
(Find en-GB.mod_arhiva.ini file in language/en-GB folder, translate it, rename the file to your installed language and copy the file to your language folder)
* Option to show the list or direct link to archived page with correct Itemid
* Parameters for archive link design
* Custom archive link name
* For full list of parameters see the first picture below

When you click the demo link, module demo can be found right next to the search box. Hover the mouse pointer over the "Arhiva članaka text". The installation is as usual with Joomla.

For the version for Joomla 1.0.x, go to http://www.maksin.ms/download/detalji/modul-za-arhivu/. The complete module is translated in English, Serbian Latin and Serbian Cyrillic languages.

Please leave the comment on download page by clicking the "Napiši komentar" button.

* When you are at the download page just hit the download button
* The Forum is only in Serbian language

Hi Alvyn,

Please provide more information, because this module is working on Joomla 1.5.14 and latest 1.5.15 .

This could be a very nice extension if you could get it to work. Spending 3 hours and still not got it to work as expected I have to give up.

It doesnt work out of the box with different characters and also for setting up articles to a monthly view. There is also a track back link on the bottom of the module that could be suspicious for your visitors with strange link url. If this could be fixed its a nice module.

This module is working out of the box just fine! You can easily choose to show archive content by months or articles in admin part of the module by simply click for that option.

The track back link that you are talking about is the regular web link with _blank option to my web site. And again in admin part of the module you can choose to show this link or not.

Also as I mention in description of this module, native SEF support only works for Serbian characters.
