One of the best plugin for Joomla. It's very easy to install and simple to configure. You can create any form template for joomla in few steps.

Sure, the best thing is, that this cck build native joomla content items - this let you use all joomla 3d-part extentions universe with it. SMARTY as templating engine let you easy implement all plugins you wish.
And better support you wouldn't wish - the f2c-guys are proactiv, skliful and easygoing. All in all, if you wish well structured information on you site without deployment and running troubles, take f2c.

We were looking for a possibillityall t in Joomla 1.7 to set multiple attributes to articles like a multi categorisation. I found the Form2Content Search Component and bought it along with the Form2Content Component in the PRO version. It took me a bit to figure out how it works, but thanks to the excellent support i got it running and i can only say: This is magnificent. Now i not only have a powerful searchengine which allows to search my site for multiple attributes, i also can give my clients the possibility to create articles in a very easy way in the frontend with the layout i want. I only can recommend this component.

Recently I tried many CCK's for a project, then luckily I came across Form2Content for Joomla 1.7!
I highly recommend that you take this product for a test drive. It works so natively with Joomla and its hard to believe it is not already a built in feature of the CMS system!
This extension can offer so many solutions for different types of sites that I can see myself adding it as a regular extension to future projects.
We now have numerous F2C submission forms capturing data, which transforms our fields, layout and style into a native Joomla! article, and the Search Extension is very useful!

I have to also mention that besides a great product, the support from the developers is second to none which is important for a powerful extension like this! Keep up the good work F2C team and I look forward to even more great features as you continue the development of Form2Content.

Form2Content works cleanly and simply, and its integration with Joomla's own article manager makes it ideal for my site's needs and other administrators.

It does take some set-up, but it is intuitive to the intermediate mind-set and the website's documentation and guides can help you from there.

They also have great tech support, working on an individual basis to help you with your problem. The same person works with you until your issues are fixed.

I am developing a pet memorial site. The owner wanted visitors to be able to leave a photo and memorial to their pet. This required the need to make it easy for users to enter content, to control that content and for them to be able to upload a photo. This component appeared to be the perfect solution.

I can't add any more to the praise noted in the other reviews. They are all "dead on" correct.

What I will add is that the Support for this component is by far the best I have ever encountered in the Joomla Community. I ran into a couple of upload and display issues that could have forced me to look for another component. Emails to the Developer were quickly answered and every issue detailed was addressed and solved within 48 hours. I measure "customer service" very highly as part of value. "It doesn't get any better than this" is my assessment of this component - and all of this for a free component!

Because the site needs more control offered through the F2CPro component than offered by this component, I will be purchasing the F2CPro version. I am always reticent about purchasing an untried component; any hesitation I may have had about purchasing this component was completely removed by the Developer's support. Thank you.

This is a really powerful tool! I first downloaded the LITE-version for a reportsystem but soon realized what the F2C can do and upgraded to the PRO and is now using it for a full decision support system.

It´s only the imagination that is the limit for what you can do with the F2C.

Since it´s creating regular joomla articles, it's also easy to implement with other plugins like: directphp, google maps, charts, ect.

This was just what i was looking for. Very easy to configure and yet so powerful.
A big plus to the support. I got an answer to a question i submitted in less than an hour.

With F2C you can build everything what you want!

It`s pretty easy to use and support is excellent.

The most important thing is that it making Joomla articles. There are not too many extensions to do that, but this one is doing a job and it doing great! I`m using PRO version, it`s worth every penny!

This is by far the best CCK application around.

After trying several CCK extensions, this one stands out.

Main advantages:

- it generates native Joomla! articles which enables you to use all kinds of article extensions.
- it comes with an advanced search module

Needed an easy way to allow a pretty non-skilled customer to submit content. Tried jseblod but it was way too complex for my needs. Form2Content is easy to handle (templating using smarty ist just great), content submission by using forms almost foolproof. Totaly recommended - keep up the good work!

We evaluated several similar modules for use in a site for a regional professional society. We bought several and chose Form2Conent, even though it had the highest price.

Form2Content was the best performing, most flexible candidate. The variety of fields a form can contain and the admin's ability to format displays were significant in our decision.

The support is excellent. Since purchasing and implementing, we have contacted support for one issue. Their assistance was timely, clear, and effective. They helped us discover a configuration error _we made_ in migrating from our development to live server.

Professional product. Professional people.

Its really a great component and my favorit against k2 etc..

The only thing i miss is mobile upload from iphone.

This is by far the most verstile cck. The article templating facility is superb and a must have if you have to handle large amounts of articels. Support ist excellent adn their custom work is professional. I can only recommend them.

I don't review many components or buy many for that matter. I have purchased the pro version and at first was a bit disapointed as it was a bit confusing and expected more complete presets after installation. I also ran into a slight problem for which I had to contact support.

Now that everything is running all I can say is that if you wish to have a very clever and customisable component for allowing users to submit content and then have control over the output, this component is brilliant. I did not want to use a blog or K2 for my project, just wanted complete control over submissions. It does the job perfectly.

And don't worry about the component being a bit complicated because support sorted me quickly and went the extra mile.

I am not a professional user of form to content but I have tried it and check the demo and its info.

Its good to have some restrictions for users and content they can produce for a site and this component fills that gap perfectly.

Another review said that he didnt know how "all the articles can have the same format template" with some other Joomla solutions but there are.

But its really great that this type of solutions for ease of use got their attention!

I have been using this free version for 1 year and it is simply awesome. My workers can use a simple form to input details into a form, they dont have to touch the joomla article editor anymore. Also we have not found any bugs. It is so fast.

The template configuration could be better but I believe that is improved now.

Also we need a list for the article. There is list but that is just a simple list with one textbox for a list item. It would be good to have multiple text boxes for each list item that way we can manage many subfields for a single list item.

I am looking to buy their pro version now and will buy the form2search too and later may be the form2feed too.

This is best joomla component I have used, in terms of functionality atleast. It should have come with joomla.

This is the solution. Amazing

I have to build a site for a used furniture warehouse. A shop solution would not fit as no prices would be entered, neither do we need a cart etc. A Gallery couldnt display additional informations like dimensions, condition... I needed a CCK - the first time in my life. I tried two others and was frustrated how complicated they are to handle - for me and especially for the poor secretary who has to handle that monster on her own. Now F2C came in sight and i was really surprised how easy it is to implement. Some frontpage link for the author-roled secretary, a nice f2c template and liftoff. Now the real surprise: I had problems integrating a highslide-plugin for zoomable images. Biiig thanks to the developers - they quickly responded any question and helped me to figure out the problem. Another issue: I missed some functionality to display the F2C internal ID via Template (to speed up finding the corresponding f2c article in the F2C Editor). I instantly got professional help (for german support ask for Julien - he's a great guy) how to add the required variable to the core. Check out this great component!

I tried several CCKs. This was the best one for me. The free Lite version is definitely useful but I needed some features in the Pro edition, which I gladly paid for.

#1) It uses com_content, so all the extensions for articles work here. Nothing special required. Very important feature.

#2) It splits form design and article layout into 2 functions. This means you can have your users fill out easy forms without using the WYSIWYG editor and the problems that can cause. i can then style the layout for the article sing CSS, plugins, etc and make the article beautiful and consistent.

3#) It's easy to use. Some of the other CCKs are powerful but very difficult to figure out how to use. F2C is well documented and simple to use for both admins and end-users.

#4) Good support. I had problems downloading the Pro component and Patrick was very responsive. This was on a weekend too.

Try this out and I think you will agree. It is a perfect combination of power and simplicity, all wrapped up in a standard com_content article!
