MDR ImageBot 3 Plugin

MDR ImageBot is a Bot for the Content Management System Joomla! With MDR ImageBot images in your content are processed automatically. You have numerous possibilities like generation of thumbnails with a PopUp link to the original image, Watermarks, copyprotection and a lot more features and image-effects. Overview of the most important features: * Generate thumbnail if defined maximum size is exceeded * Generate thumbnails with fixed size, either stretched or maintaining aspect ratio. * Show original image in PopUp window. * Acces control to provide full size images to all or only registered users. * Simple copyprotection to detain users from saving the images. * Automatically scale down of original images in PopUp to fit users screen size. * Watermarks or magnifying-symbols on 9 different positions or as pattern on the whole image with definable transparancy. * Tooltip with additional information about the original-image like size, dimensions, filetype. * EXIF information like Camera brand, model and date of photo can be show optionally in the tooltip. * Textwatermarks with definable TrueType font and size, transparancy, position and direction. * Rounded image corners * Various Borders as image or simple lines with definable width and color, among others * Image-masks * Numerous filters like greyscale, sepia, negative, white-balance and lots more Requirements: * GD Library 1.6 or higher with lower image quality, recommended GD Library version 2.0 or higher * ImageMagick optional, recommended for large images * Joomla 1.5.x

No way to have it work... Too bad... It looks gorgeous on the papaer, but absolutely nothing happens... Thumnails are not being created.

Functionality is great, but if support was non-existsant then your investment isnt worth its time.

I messed around with this since its inception and couldnt get it working. Even with J1.5 there is even less documentation.

If you managed to get this working, congrats. Youve done better than most of us.

Search for multithumb instead. Not as many features, but at least it works

Many many thanks for this bot! I love it!

But a question: I publish it and now all the articles have thumbs. Can I activate the bot just for certain articles?

Just installed it, there's sooo many options !

I've published the plugin, tried to add a new article, but the image still have the same original size...
All my image content has not changed on the site...

Still think it must be a very good bot !

Just one thing, it could be great to choose the size of images for each categories or sections, that will make it a perfect bot ! (+ if I can make it work... ;) )
