It looks promising for a simple, lightweight "display existing images from various file directories on the site" component.
However, looking at the code it appears that it will only display images from one directory, regardless of how many are entered. Some of the translation strings aren't present, and it appears to be hardcoded for a version of JQuery, unfortunately a version that isn't in the Joomla installation.
Directories continue to be used as sources when deleted from the back end, but the row it uses also appears to be hardcoded since, on removing the first one manually, the component fails to operate.
A shame, since it looked like it could be good.
I'd hoped to get some answers from the developer's website forum, as mentioned above, but at the moment it only contains spam messages.

Very cool in the demo site. But, I've installed and doesn't works on Joomla 2.5.
