I am new to Joomla! and found this extension to be exactly what I needed. Worked immediately. Thankyou!! :)
Is there a way to add a URL link to individual images? I want to use this as a affiliate banner rotator on my site and would like links to work with each individual image. Is this possible?

no, sorry. the module was never intended for such purpose. it just takes the images out of a directory on your server ...
A so nice module. It does what it says.

Easy to install, simple to use, does exactly what it says.
Took me about 2 minutes to install and get working.
