Like his other module, Gallery View, Slider Gallery works and looks great. It's easy to setup and I've found no conflicts or problems.

I'm thrilled to report that this module is rumored to be getting an update for current versions of Joomla. Looking forward to that!

If you want to have a strip of thumbnails poping up in a lightbox, is the best module i have found till now. The support was also very fast in some minor issues i had.

*Create the caption folder and its files inside the folder that the module points

Perfect one for your website, and Yash is very helpful. Despite being a free one, he was quite quick in responding to my support queries. Thanks Rash for the good work.

It's a very good extension and seems to work very well.

The only issue I'm having with it is that I have several different sizes of images and it always crops and/or stretches the images to meet the global size.

Is there any way to fix this?

As all the other users said, easy to use, works straight out of the box.

Love that I can insert it in an article.

My only issue is - it would be wonderful if it had a 'random' option for the slideshow, rather than just 'ascending' and 'descending'

Very nice module, easy to install and it works! However it would be a lot more userfriendly if the directories where it grabs the images would be possible from within the regular images folder instead of from within the module directory.

Please see this module published in my website realleather.com.au as a banner. Also with a great help from Vyas I have been able to publish a different module on the about us article. Great support on email.
Cheers

It's very simple to install and works like advertised and its FREE!

However, I'm trying to place it inside an article but couldn't tell how!?

There's one review which talks about this but I'm not sure I fully understand it, it goes like this:

* logon to the backend and edit the module by selecting it from the Module manager screen (ok)

* Click on the Position parameter on the left side and enter a unique name. Something like slidergallery (ok)

* Determine which article you want to use to display the module in the content area or create an article (ok)

* edit the article and enter {loadposition slidergallery} at the point in the article where you want the gallery displayed (how???)

Again, Thanks

Hi,
Let me thank you for such a great module. It is exactly like what i was looking for. Though, I am having some issues using it. I am using the module twice on the front page. But only one of them works fine. The thumbnails dont move in the other one. They are like static. Pls. help me.

Thanks,
Sean

Great work. It would be even better if an option to preserve the aspect ratio of images was added so thumbnails and images won't be distorted. Thanks for the efforts nevertheless. Look forward to future releases.

I just saw it and decided to give it a try: nice, clean and fast. I had a problem changing configuration, but the author has been really present and solved my problem in a day!
Just one negative thing: for the documentation i had to ask the author, i couldn't find it anywhere!
Nice job - try it!

This should help you save some time.
Don't forget you can copy the slider module and point it to a specific folder to have specific slide shows across your site.

* logon to the backend and edit the module by selecting it from the Module manager screen
* Click on the Position parameter on the left side and enter a unique name. Something like slidergallery
* Determine which article you want to use to display the module in the content area or create an article
* edit the article and enter {loadposition slidergallery} at the point in the article where you want the gallery displayed

The module should now appear in the article when you display it on the page.

Very easy module that installed with no issues and easy to use. The help contact was responsive in just a couple of hours when I had questions. I was able to embed the slide show in an article easily. Can create multiple slide show galleries- still working on how to embed a second slide show gallery in a second article.

Very Good module .. worked as described and great support from developer.

Apparently you can put the module in an article by just pasting {loadposition user1} in the article. so no need to add a module in article plugin.

Thanks
