I am running the extension in J2.5 and initially could not display the larger image in Internet Explorer (everything worked fine in the other major browsers) but the support was excellent. Prakash responded quickly and fixed the problem by changing the offset values I had set. Highly recommended.

I had "user error" adding the links to the page (forgot the leading / - but to be honest, the example text didn't include it so I made an assumption) - but anyway, the support response was almost instant.
I had a further issue with a conflict with another module (jquery issue) and within 24 hours, it was fixed for me (the support person went into my site and got it working with a new patch).
Excellent - very highly recommended.

Very easy to install, configure and handle. The only plugin i found which whriley works (hover/zoom images), in content and also if thumbnails are in a table/cell) Very good and fast support. Its worth every cent of just 7$ to get it. No probs with Jommla 1.7. A must have...
I paid through the only option (paypal) and got my download link. The link contains a scrambled extensionless plugin that can't be installed, BUT after asking for support, he helped me out and installed it for me. He attached the right simplehovereffect.zip with the e-mail and I can now install it (tested). Support was frequently asked for by me, and within 30 to 90 minutes I got a quick response where he helped me out. If you want updates about the program (say for joomla 1.5 or 1.6, when the beta comes out), you have to send an email with the paypal order ticket to ask for the updated version. You must look here to see if there is an updated version.
Things could go smoother, but it is a extension i really do need and want. Certainly worth the 7 dollar!

the demo look great .. but the download page cant be found !!

I have checked the site and everything is working fine and the link given in JED also opening. I am not agree with your point that you are not able to download. and in any case if you feel any problem with site or download link is not working then you have to contact us through site or post something in the forum available in the site.Its very disappointing for us with this type of unreasonable review.
