Mobypicture allows you to upload photos and video from your mobile smartphone or desktop and share them with friends on Facebook, Twitter, Blogs etc ... check out their website for full details.
Demo is at the bottom of the page :) I've not actually used Mobypicture much since I built the module, so I only have a few photos there!
