This extension is perfect for showing pgotos or a portfolio in a very nice way. Easy to install and set up.
We had some extra whishes for this extension in combinations with the Art Sexy Lightbox. The Artetics team supported us very well and very quick on this. They customised the extension specific for our use.

There is always room for improvement... but the work done by these guys is just great A++++
It makes good looking websites possible to achieve for the skint like me. I love the module, it's very simple to install and to use and it adds looks to my site. I want to thank the team for their work and also for the quick response and great support.

I was after a simple image rotator for one of my J1.5 sites, and now have this up and running very quickly. I did have some set up issues to start with, but contacted the publisher and they helped me sort them out very swiftly. Possibly a better help file would have avoided this, but then again maybe not. For the future it would be good to be able to have some different transitions, and perhaps be able to have different images on screen for different amounts of time, but there again, there's something to be said for simplicity - and this is a free product.

If you are interested to have your images rotated on your website, then this is the extension for you. It has friendly features that allows you to rotate your images automatically. The service provided is also excellent with replies taking less than 24 hours most of the time. So if you are a newbie like me, then this is for you.
Cons - seem to be a lot of people having issues with images showing up.
Pros - Outstanding support, looks good, easy to customize, free.
I can not compliment the quality of the support on this extension, and totally free at that. That's why despite some issues over the images the developer is quick to help and for that reason I highly recommend this extension.

I had this installed and up and running in all of 5 minutes, and was delighted. The stylesheets (yes, plural) were easy to modify and it looked great.
unfortunately I didn't have any good experiences from then on. I had a problem with another module, and when I delved deeper, I found that this module was the problem. jQuery is packaged along with this, which adds an unnecessary weight to the module (seeing as mootools comes bundled with joomla.) The problem was that for each image I was loading into my slideshow, the module was loading a full version of my page instead of just the one image. I noticed this if I specified the wrong path, instead of my image, I got a partially transparent version of my page.
Also, the module itself is written by artetics, but the jQuery slideshow is taken from somewhere else. Overall, not impressed.

The module has option to disable jQuery load - this way it will use jQuery library already included on the page.

There is always a possibility of conflict with other extensions/scripts.
Extension and dev support is awesome. Easy to install and implement. Had questions about a css conflict between this ext and my template- posted my question in the forum at the dev website. Response-time was lightening fast and gave me the exact fix I needed. Recommend this ext and this dev.
I was looking for a carousel that was easy to use and this one fitted the bill nicely. It was easy to configure in the back end as well as make it look how I wanted via the CSS.
When I had some issues with links, the help was quick and professional.

I'm totally novice at creating a web site. This is the first extension I choose and download by myself. It was easy and it looks good. I needed a little help and the developper gave me the solution clearly and rapidely. Thanks Artetics. Hope to have same kind of experience with other extensions...
