Vinaora Quber 3D Slide-show is another name of Vinaora Cu3er 3D Slide-show.

Requirements:
There are no special requirements for setting it up and running other than a limited knowledge of web authoring:

* Applications for image editing (especially for creating & exporting slides)

I currently am using this extension for the purpose of advertising, rather than a slideshow it's purpose is a banner to me, together with my client I went trough a list of demo's and he liked this one best because "the 3D effects make the banners stand out."
I'm really statisfied with the product, it looks great & works like a charm, but I can't find out how to randomize the order of the pictures shown, perhaps I just can't find the right button to do that, perhaps it's an idea for future releases of this product.
And another Issue I have is that I can remove every button on the slideshow except for the timer.

I appreciate that all the others can use the module. I could not.
Istalled on joomla 1.6, work after update to 1.6. Did not work after apdate to 1.7 and the 1.7.3. unistalled the module and update to the last version claim to be compatible with joomla 1.7. Still not working.
The documentation is out of date. No support forum or anything as such to my knowledge.

I wish I could give this addon a 10!!! VERY easy to use, and configure! Amazing options and configurability..
Well I just tested this extensions and it is not bad at all but few details stop me from using it on production website
first it use the free version of the javascript library, and you cannot change the preloader logo. That same loader takes actually long time even with small picture sized to load.. which is kinda of a problem considering this kind of module is to be put in header/slideshow/top positions, with lots of visibility. Good point is the logo was actually removed.
Also, I was totally unable to load this module into another module using "module anywhere" which is a pity as I just said, it makes sense to use this module on position usually occupied by modules: it brings problems as you cannot put text or customize with simple html around the module.
In the same area, the module doesn't provide any way to insert a background image, unlike the actual standalone js library. I tried copy/paste their background settings from the standalone xml in the module's xml, no result of course.

It's so great module that I've seen... I try it in my web in working great. Thank to module developer I hope it always be free to use..
This is simply amazing module. It took me 2 minutes to figure out everything, not only that once it is installed in my Joomla website, it really shows its cool and fancy effect!!!

This is a great module with really excellent visual transitions between slides and the Vinaora folk have provided a comprehensive Joomla! interface to the underlying CU3er display engine. Brilliant! The fatal flaw, however, is that it uses the 0.9.2 version of CU3er (presumably because it's free and mostly better, in my opinion at least, than the later commercialised version) and there is a bug which no one seems able and/or willing to fix which prevents it from being used as a navigation device within a Joomla! website. The bug is that the description panel which (optionally) appears on each slide can only link to a URL in a new browser window, which is absolutely not what is required for within-site navigation. What a shame! It renders the whole thing virtually useless because it is so confusing. So in summary, a big plus and a big minus.
For a free module this is great, easy to install and configure. I actually think the custom configuration files are easier to use then the Joomla GUI interface. One setting I can't for the life of me find, a duration for the slide to display setting? How long the slide displays BEFORE the next tween? There's a duration for the transition, and a delay between each tween but... I can't find the overall slide display timer, is their one? Otherwise, simply brilliant...
Great component because for being a free extension is very complete.
You can customize every parameter and this is a great thing, the final effect is striking, modern, fresh.
My best compliments to the developer, especially for the last release that have improved the config simplicity.
Only let me report some small bugs that I find also in this last release:
- With png images expecially, on sliding, appears a red background and there is no way to make it transparent
- When I try to center the slideshow on my page, I set all parameters (I tried both in backend and xml directly), but the element still appear on the left...

1) Description Box Settings
2) Changes round corners dimensions...which I think can help me in height change..But it only make rounded corner..I want to have description box as shown in the below website..

Can't rate it any higher even though I seen sites with this rotator working and exposing great stuff.
I simply can't get it working no matter how I try.
I use a great webhost, no SEF settings, everything else works fine on my web page, I am not a beginner... but I can't this working.
Is there some kind of magic you have to do to get it up and running?
