A stunning visual treat; simple method for adding text and descriptions to images is a winner - simply save a txt file with the same name as the image in the same folder. Fantastic support even for the free version.

This is a great plugin for joomla. But sometimes it takes a while to show up the images.
But it is still a great images gallery.
Thanks again.

This plugin works great, and is extremely easy to use. Just plug in the data from a particular album on flickr or picasa, or from a file already on your web server and it loads everything in a very nice and clean UI. Its also fun for users to use.

Make sure you "Intro Enable" to Yes in the plugin configuration if you are using articles that could be listed as intro on a blog layout.

Support is amazing and trustworthy, within 24 hours the issue is resolved.
Thank you for a great app

I have been looking for a cool way to display images for my sailing club for hours and hours. Nothing felt right - until I saw the BonckoWall Imagewall. You are a star for creating this plugin and making it available. It is packed with functionality that I didn't even dream of and I can't wait to see our club's boats floating on the Wall. Well done and thank you, thank you, thank you.

Definitely recommend this extension. I have used it to create jewelry showcase. I was able to install and configure it very quickly with no errors. Lots of configuring options, including inline parameters when embeeding Cooliris inside your content (ie. article). Customizing it to suit the general concept of my page was a piece of cake. Good job done!
I only wish the display and animation of photos to be a bit smoother (the problem might be that BonckoWall does not automaticaly generate thumbnails and does not put it into RSS files so if you want to show hi-res picture they have to be loaded in full size). I had a small issue not caused by this module and contacted the author and received a feedback quickly.

I can't believe that this plugin is for free. Fransesco Boncko, the developer, responds within an hour to whatever queries I had. I was unable to display the plugin in my homepage and shown me how to do it. He gave around 5 replies within 2 days regarding other doubts and errors I had with this plugin and the Boncko gallery module and I am waiting for some other clarifications which I am sure he will be able to provide asap.

The plugin is really very easy to use and looks awesome.

Thanks Boncko, Keep up your good work.

I initially had problems with the syntax and had contacted support for help. I did not expect any response but Mr "Boncko" got back to me in a few days. However, I was able to figure out the problem with persistent tweaking of my syntax.

Once I got it to work ... it was so simple to use with my picasa album!!!

Great job on this great plugin!!

I installed this plugin on Joomla 1.5.22 and was delighted with the presentation of images it produced - surely one of the best if you love images. It is also very easy to install and set up. There was a slight full-screen problem with a new release of Cooliris, but Francesco got it fixed extremely quickly.

As mentioned in other reviews, this plugin is a must for any site presenting a significant number of images. The support is also first class - which is important.

Thank you

This plugin is perfect. I use it to present some range of items for each brand that I distribute on my company TOXIK Diffusion and it's a very nice and professionnal look.

Thanks to Francesco Boncompagni for his intervention on a big PHP problem that we have on the application... In one day, he does a new version 2.5.7 to correct the bug and it's now perfect for us...

I simply say this plugin is great, and very easy to use. I appreciate the fullscreen mode, and the simple and beautiful design of the wall. I use it in the local mode (no picasa or no flickr) for my site.
The only thing is that I don't find how to put or change any text for images descriptions.

thank you for the developper, this is a great job !!

It's like powerfull and simple photoViewer (in Apple's style) but on your site. There's very simple settings and usage instructions.
I've found only one minus: JScript errors "on line 1 symbol 1 ..." at IE8 (only IE, not FF). Solution - paste this code in template's index.php:

if(window.ie){
window.attachEvent("onbeforeunload",fcRemoveFlash);
function fcRemoveFlash() {
var arr = document.all.tags("object");
if (arr && arr.length) {
for (var i=arr.length-1; 0

If you mail me the solution i'll fix the problem

We have it online at www.bvhgeldrop.nl and everybody is raving about the new image viewing using Picasa as storage.

One small issue we cannot solve yet but I want to share it so maybe somebody has a solution to this.

The latest release 2.5.3 of Boncko Image Wall creates in IE8 script errors in line one on our website: bvhgeldrop.nl.
The errors are not always there but clicking on the menu items, hitting F5 multiple times, or clicking on the logo will bring it up frequently without proper script error description. This also is the case on the Boncko website on the demo with Picasa:

Press F5 one or two times and the same script error appears.

Just a message that in line one we have an unsupported feature or method within the script. No further details.

Errors do not appear in Chrome and FireFox so you have to use IE8 to find it. Not everybody will see it immediately but it occurs to easily to ignore.

When we switch the image wall off in Joomla the problem disappears and we cannot recreate it. But when switched back on the problem is back.

Please review this problem to see if it can be fixed. It is quite certain that it is directly related to the image wall plugin. You can post an email to me (communicatie) or the webmaster. I tried the support page of Broncko first but it seems broken and my message is not being copied since I do not get a copy in my email. Tried it multiple times.

Very nice plugin!

Easy to install and get working with no tinkering.

I was looking for a Cooliris 3D Wall that I could turn off the Facebook & Twitter links from the toolbar and/or the images, the BonckoWall does this with the click of a button, no script or programming required.

The developer was helpful with supporting me with my problems, he contacted me within a few hours of contact and offered open-ended support. I was very pleasantly surprised!

I would definitely recommend the BonckoWall for anyone interested in displaying images in a futuristic 3D Cooliris 3D Wall, especially if they don't have programming skills - it's plug and play!

Kudos Boncko!

I’m using Image Wall to show a specific set of a Flickr. It’s pretty simple: first: download, install and enable Image Wall plugin; second: put a simple string into your article like ‘{bonckowall} source="1" fkey="album" fvalue="your-username” fvalue2="your-set-number"}{/bonckowall}’; third: configure the plugin to take the layout that you need. Simple to install, beautiful and user friendly result.
OBS: I had some problems with my article editor. If you have problems, take a look at HTML code to check if the editor put some extra code into plugin string.
